1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELAY OF TREATMENT
We pledge to process your order within 48 hours following payment. The delivery time may vary according to availability. If the items are in stock, your order will be ready to be picked up or sent within 48 hours of payment.
Frenchfoodsmarket.ca cannot be held responsible for any additional delays on our shipping time announced. If products are no longer available, the customer will receive notification by e-mail or telephone.
2. PRICING
Prices displayed on Frenchfoodsmarket.ca web site are in Canadian dollars. Amounts are payable in one full payment at the time of the order. All orders are due in Canadian dollars, in one fully payment. Frenchfoodsmarket.ca reserves the right to modify the retail price of its products at any time without prior notice.
4. DELIVERY
All orders are sent via Canada Post and Nationex and if we have to change our carrier for any reasons, you will be noticed. Following the receipt of your order, deliveries are made within 2 business days. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost due to Canada Post. Delivery fees will be fixed according to destination, quantity and weight of the products ordered.
5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
All orders from Frenchfoodsmarket.ca website or by phone accepts VISA and MASTERCARD, or other methods via Paypal billing.
6. RETURN PERIOD
Refund or exchange of items within 2 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Refunds are provided in consideration of original method of payment. Items reduced/discount are a final sale. Upon receipt of returned products, refunds will be issued to the credit card charged by Frenchfoodsmarket.ca. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. For any return, shipping costs are to your charge.
7.ORIGINAL CONDITION REQUIRED
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were originally delivered, as well as in their original packaging.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by contacting customer service. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
