For 4 burgers...
4 burger buns of your choice
1 Whole duck foie gras Ducs de Gascogne 130g from the South-West of France
4 ground beef steaks
1 Figs Chutney or cranberries chutney Ducs de Gascogne
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F
Once at temperature, place the open buns in the oven for 4 minutes to reheat them
In the meantime, cook the minced steaks in a pan or grill them according to your tastes
Slice the foie gras, you will need 8 slices.
Spread the chutney on the lower part of the bread and arrange the salad.
Place the minced steak and the slices of foie gras.
Season with salt and pepper and rest the top of the bread.
For a complete gourmet experience... try them with homemade french fries ;)
