This very fresh Cassegrain recipe will make you salivate for green beans...
1 box of Cassegrain green beans
2 cups of fine breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of flour
200g of cottage cheese
1 tbsp of 1 lemon juice
2 sprigs of basil
A few stalks of chives
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 210°C / 410°F,
Cover 1 baking sheet with parchment paper, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan and beat the eggs in another bowl,
Flour the beans evenly,
Dip the beans a small amount at a time into the beaten eggs, then into the breadcrumbs mixture to coat them well,
Spread onto prepared baking sheets. Spray lightly with oil,
Cook 3/4 min or until the breadcrumbs are lightly browned,
For the sauce : shop the basil and chives, mix the cottage cheese, lemon juice, herbs, season with salt and pepper.
