Dry sausage Rougail



Ingredients for 4 people

5 cloves of garlic

2 tomatoes

1 onion

1 dry sausage

The topping of your choice:

mashed potatoes, rice, pasta...

Preparation : 10 min. Cooking time: 15 min.

Remove the skin from the sausage and cut it into slices. Brown the onion and garlic in a pan.

Add the spices and aromatic herbs of your choice: saffron, cumin, basil, thyme...

Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
