Country bread with foie gras and figs

It does not has to be complicated to be good ! Here is a very simple recipe to discover the sweet mix between foie gras and fig... A recipe signed Marina d'Angelo for Comtesse du Barry.

Ingredients :

Steps :

  1. Cut the country bread into slices then brown them under the oven grill on both sides

  2. Spread a little bit of figs chutney on the slices of bread, sprinkle with the mixed salad

  3. Spread a few slices of finely cut figs and foie gras on the top of it

  4. Season with a pinch of salt flower, a pinch of cracked pepper and a drizzle of white truffle vinegar.
